Hasan is founder of AGAssociates, a wealth management company, with offices in London and Birmingham. Prior to this, he was a manager and then equity partner with Pridie Brewster, an 18-partner firm with 120 staff.
Hasan has a proven track record in turning around businesses including Virgin Cosmetics and Mollin Publishing, who published Men’s Health. He has helped clients invest more than £30m into the UK in the past five years.
He has written articles for various newspapers and was the Joint Editor of A to Z insolvency Volumes, which was subscribed to by most of the top 20 accountancy firms.
Hasan is a Chartered Accountant and Insolvency Practitioner. For the past six years, Hasan has sat on the ICAEW Appeal Committee assessing members fitness to practice.
