Karen leads the Strategy and Operations practise in HK. She started her career in London after graduating in MSc International Economics with University of Birmingham in United Kingdom.
She has years of professional experience in New York, London and APAC leading global transformation projects. Strong record in driving a team of 50+ to deliver large scale M&A integration/ carve out, operational improvement projects across front to back office functions of financial institutions.
Karen qualified as chartered accountant with ICAEW, HKICPA and AICPA. She has also obtained her Project Management Professional and Yellow Belt Lean accreditation. .
